The fund is structured as a Dutch fund for joint account (FGR) under Dutch law. Investor capital is legally separate from TradeWell Capital B.V. and held by an independent Stichting. Administration and NAV calculation are handled by AssetCare. Execution runs through Finalto and Interactive Brokers. No single function rests with us alone.

Legal form. A Dutch fund for joint account (FGR) with legal separation between investor assets and the investment manager.
Portfolio manager. TradeWell Capital B.V., registered with the AFM as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager under the AIFMD registration regime of Article 2:66a Wft. Fund ID 50039552.
Administrator. AssetCare, an independent fund administrator, responsible for investor onboarding, administration and reporting.
Broker. Finalto and Interactive Brokers (IBKR) facilitate trade execution for TradeWell Capital.
Banking partner. Rabobank, a regulated Dutch banking institution supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank and the AFM.
Investment Offering
The Fund provides access to a systematically managed portfolio of algorithms within a single regulated structure.
The core component consists of proprietary systematic strategies with FX as the primary focus, developed through an AI research infrastructure and executed within predefined exposure limits. Other systematic asset classes are added as the platform develops. A portion of capital is allocated externally through a fund-of-funds structure, for diversification and to broaden the track record.
